Baca in the Holy Book
The word "Baca" is mentioned with this spelling in Psalm"84", it is also mentioned in other four places but suffixed with Hebrew syllables that denotes glorification. We will highlight" Baca" in psalm"84" in which the prophet David speaks deliriously about the Muslim Hajj. The Psalm says:
Explaining the psalm This psalm depicts the Muslim Hajj (pilgrimage) and some of the rituals practiced there, the word" Baca" is the same place where Muslims travel to do Hajj and it has been known by this name for a long time in history. It is mentioned by the same very name in the Holy Quran when it addresses the people of the Book when it calls them to Islam as if it reminds them of Psalm"84". The psalm gives some descriptions that are specifics of Baca: · Reference to the safety of birds in Baca: Birds are safe and secure in this place, the psalm says

The journey of Hajj is not an easy one; it is spent in the open desert where the sun is burning, A hajj used to cut long distances that measure thousands of kilometers from his homeland facing the dangers of the deserts till he reached Baca, So each Muslim Hajj should say before setting off his journey:
Refrence to Zamzam water well The psalm says
Here is reference to Zamam well which overflows with tasty water in Baca , it has been there since the time of Ishmael , it is still there ,so blessed . Is there any place in the world named Baca and has a well other than Baca? Please note that most of the Holy Book versions have translated the word" Baca" into its meaning though it is a proper name, anyway it is still there in the Standard Version s |
