A lot of people are infatuated by the science of vital energy to reach the so-called spiritual ascension and attaining a stage of mental and intellectual enlightenment through which man can control his lusts and desires, a lot of the associations that are concerned with this set as a condition to free yourself from all the facts and the mental programmes that would stand as a bar on your way to reach this so called fact, these includes traditions, norm and religion.
These bars, as defined by those people, mislead people and the result, if you follow their rules, is that you will eventually act according to their programmes and systems that they impose on people and thus, eventually, you will be a doll that they move towards any direction they will according to a certain previously prepared moral or religious instructions.
This approach is alien to Islam simply because the fountainhead of these philosophies was Christian and the Jewish milieu where the religion authorities were in ascendant that left the true mission they were supposed to lead people and instead they made the mundane life their core of interest.
In the course of time people began to realize the goal behind this dirty game that was played in the name of the of religion and morality, this has been the most effective way that is used to dupe people because people are religious by nature.
The Holy Quran, God's last word to humanity, has uncovered such attempts of enthralling people's mind in the name of religion ,The Holy Quran has placed much interest on mind, it spurs man to use his mind in meditating, and it condemns the blind obedience and consent without compelling evidence. Islam entails, a according to the Holy Quran, a direct relation between man and his Creator without intercessor.
Having been under the sway of the church for long time, the call to emancipation from the handcuffs of the church rose high with the result of searching for another source to quench the spiritual thirst, this led to the philosophy of meditation for attaining the truth behind our existence that God willed for us.
It is through this instinct that God planted in us that God guides us to the fact that there is a CREATOR, who deserves to be worshipped and that there is no authority for anyone to draw for anyone the guidelines or takes him to the straightway but, under the vociferous calls for unfettering one's soul from the church restrictions, man began– in his search for the truth- to spiral down into atheism instead of finding the Absolute Truth.
The Prophet Muhammad used to, before being a appointed a prophet, retire from the world in aloof cave, and meditate about the truth following in this the remnants of the religion of the Prophet Abraham, he rejected Christianity and Judaism because both had already been adulterated with human interpolations.
One should not be under the dogmas of the distorted religions when he starts to search for the truth, the true religion, he should always seek the help of God and God will certainly lead him to the truth.
However, when we find individuals seeking the truth but not willing to use reason- or perceive the truth, know right from wrong, and make decisions not influenced by human desire- we find a Muslim searching for the truth and straying from all the Islamic teachings and values (teachings that lead to reasonable actions and which resemble guidelines to reach the right way) without any barriers preventing him from reaching the truth. So instead of reaching the truth (the truth that he denies although it is within his grasp- Islam), he imitates the Christian or Buddhist (who is actually searching for the truth) and is barricaded from the truth sometimes in the name of religion, sometimes in the name of values, and other times in the name of any other thing- which in fact pushed him to search for the true as it is, as we mentioned, contrary to reason and human nature and does not achieve the desired results of happiness and peace of mind sought by humans as it is far away from its nature and creator. For this reason, he feels the dire need to search for happiness through knowledge of truth which usually lead the mind, reason, and common sense to the Islamic religion- which he finds a comprehensive religion useful in all aspects of life in this world and the hereafter.
So, when an individual reached the truth(Islam), he must also choose the right way, that is, to choose the authenticated way and not to give himself to those who have a little knowledge about Islam or follow the new invented dogmas such as Ahmadism, Shiasim and Bahism ;these all are dogmas that inserted many non-Islamic teachings and they were mainly founded for political reasons.
The right path is to choose the faith of" Sunnah" because they follow the same book that Prophet Muhammad received and followed and all the generation that came after him and to follow the wisdom that the Prophet Muhammad said.
