Muhammad, the Administrative Genius (Part Four)
So many times did we hear about security and order and enabling the laws yet we don’t find in all what we heard words as beautiful and intact as the prophet’s because the right and logic are perfectly intertwined in his words. For examples, he says,
And also narrated Abd Allah ibn Alsamaet,
And also he says
There are many other hadiths in this regard, which reflect the most perfect rules on which the wise administration and the intact plans should be based between who gives the orders and who receives them. This is the perfect order that is guided by high authority and this, too, is watched over by religion and mind that is not suspected and these all are based on tolerance that reject debate and discordance and always seek to discard suspicion and extremism. This successful inspiration in managing peoples’ interests and running the small communities affairs is the same which inspired the prophet long anterior the discovery of the germs to establish the rules of quarantine between countries in modern times to settle many things concerning the human health and fight the spread of epidemics by decisive rules that science hasn’t gone beyond; he says” If you hear that a plague is rampant in a certain place , don’t inter it and if a place where you are residing is inflicted by a plague , don’t go out from it.” This is the percept of the one who, while managing the world, is keen on not only the safety of one city or one person but the whole of humanity. Nothing could secure the safety to the world other than circumscribing the epidemic in its place and it is not the right for a city to seek its safety by predisposing all the cities to a certain infection.
