Muhammad, the Administrative Genius (Part Two)
Muhammad, the Administrative Genius (Part Two) Prophet Muhammad always orders that social work or joint work or, to be more specific , any group work that needs direction , be presided. A well narrated Hadith says:
Among his well-known strategy, when sending an army, was that he used to designate a leader for the army and a deputy for the prince and a deputy to follow the deputy and in case something befell the first, the other was to take over. To him, the right leader and the right Imam, should be evaluated and predicated on two important basics: these were efficiency and love. So the prophet says:
When entitling some affairs to whoever can successfully achieve them, he was interested in confirming all the results of these affairs, be it weighty or weightless, he says: ” All of you are curators and every one of you will be held answerable concerning those whom he keeps before God, a prince appointed over people is responsible for his subjects, and the man is a curator and is responsible for his family. The Islamic percepts of "Do and Don’t do" were known to the bulk of the early Muslims, be it supporters or immigrants, yet the prophet never gave the authority to any but those of high authority and high ability to lead peoples to establish the Islamic ordinances and compelling the peoples to obey or refrain from abiding by the percepts.
