Do you think this finely and uniquely created and finely tuned universe has more than One God?
 

What is the evidence of this illogic idea?

     Assume we haven't received any messages from God. Is it possible for any man who can use properly his gifted mind to have such illogic idea?

May you think the "Nature" is another God of such universe? Or do you think that the physical matter is also a God of such universe? Or may your mind grasp a mad idea that the great Creator of such miraculously controlled universe has a son-God to inherit him or a Holy-Ghost to guard him?

In the following successive verses (59- 66) from one of the chapters of the Holy Quran, Al-Naml, you will find how these logical questions are casted in a miraculous and logical series of questions. However, you will find such sequence starts by the following question:

(Who)is Real? Allah or the false gods (as the nature, the physical matter, or a dead son) they associate with Him [59]?

Then, you will get to four exciting proofs of the illogic of such claim. You will read at the end of each proof this repeated logical-comment or question: 

Can there be another god besides Allah (who can have the favor of such creation and control) [60, 61, 62, 63]?

At the end of such miraculous series of logical questions, you will get from God, who gifted you a mind, the following instruction to fulfill:

Bring forth a Logical Proof for Your Claims if you feel you have the truth [63]?

59. Say: Praise should be to Allah, and Peace prevails on His servants whom He has chosen (for his Message).

     Allah's revelation having been described as Light, Guidance, and Mercy, we ought all to be grateful to Allah for vouchsafing His revelation.

We ought also to appreciate the services of Allah's Messengers, who are chosen to deliver Message: we ought to send salutations of Peace on them, instead of plotting, as the wicked do, for their removal or persecution, or banishment or death. For these Prophets of Allah undergo every kind of hardship and forego every kind of advantage or pleasure in life for serving mankind.

And Allah is truth and goodness, and all our fancies of false worship are falsehoods and evils. Shall we prefer falsehood and evil to truth and goodness? 

(Who) is real? --Allah or the false gods they associate with Him?
 

Comments and explanation: 

     A question directed to those Atheists or Pagans who assigned foolishly, ignorantly and arrogantly the Nature or the physical material as associates to the Real God. He stated in this verse that He sent Moses, Jesus and Mohamed to guide us; So Who is real? The God Who sent those messengers or the dummy nature which is unable to think or to speak and it didn't send any one? These are the words from Quran (the book revealed to Mohamed). If we look to the words of the Bible, God's book to Moses, we can read the same dignity of the One God (Proverbs 1:7; Colossians 2:3). The God of Scripture is immaterial, sovereign, and beyond time. Hence, it makes sense to have laws of logic that are immaterial, universal, and unchanging. However, we should also deny the claim of some Christians that God has a son as it is an illogic idea and a mad thinking. Jesus said: the first of all the commandment is, Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength; this is the first commandment.” (Mark: 12: 28-30)  

60. Or, who has created the heaven and the earth,

     The order, beauty, grandeur and the fine tuning of the Universe are appealed to. They show unity of design, objective and control.

How can any logical man think that such authority and wisdom that arranged the Unique creation of the earth and the heavens as One System and its controlling as one unit belong to more than One God "Allah”? You may complete the comment in the following article:

and who sends you down rain from the sky?

     If any fair human looks at the water that comes from rains through a miraculous cycle to supply us by the life, he should believe in the supreme supplier of such water of life. Water cycle uses salt seas and oceans as a great store for water. We should know the properties of salty water and its capabilities to be stored any interval of time without being spoiled. Then He uses the sun's radiation to heat the water, the wind to motivate its upward motion to form the clouds, then He specifies to these clouds the places of its fall in the form of rains to water the lands. We should think of God who gives water such secrets of being a universal solvent. This property of water means that various chemicals, minerals and nutrients can be carried throughout our bodies and into the smallest blood vessels. Water is also chemically neutral. Without affecting the makeup of the substances it carries, water enables food, medicines and minerals to be absorbed and used by the body. Water has a unique surface tension. Water in plants can therefore flow upward against gravity, bringing life-giving water and nutrients to the top of even the tallest trees. Water freezes from the top down and floats, so fish can live in the winter.

Yea, with it We cause to grow well-planted orchards full of beauty and delight: it is not in your power to cause the growth of the trees in them.
 

Comments and explanation:

     Such water is a mean to help the seeds to germinate and grow into a tree. How every seed distinguishes the elements to be absorbed from the soil and selects them to supply the fruits and vegetables with its specific ingredients and to grow in such beautiful shapes. When it comes to a great well-laid-out garden of beauty and delight, no one would think it grew up of itself without the Will, Science and Art of Great God. Such design and will is beyond man's power.

And the orchard is more than the trees in it: there is design and beauty in their arrangement: proper spaces have to be left between them for the growth of their roots, for the aeration of the soil beneath them, and for the penetration of air and sunlight between their branches.

How can anyone then think of the wonderful Universe as a whole, without thinking of the far higher Unity of Design, the evidence of the One True Allah? 
 

Can there be another god besides Allah (who arranged such miracles)?
Nay, they are a people who swerve from fairness.

     If anyone thinks such uniqueness of universe is a gift of such unwise nature or by the self-intelligence of the dummy material, he is surely unfair. If anyone is not guided by such order and beauty is not belonging to One Supreme Creator and Controller of such universe is too far from fairness, i.e. an unfair person.

61. Or, who has made the earth ready to accommodate our life; made rivers (of fresh water) to flow through it; set therein settlements (that sets its gravity and its steady motion; and made a separating gap between the two bodies of flowing water? 
 

Comments and explanation:

     Our earth is finely tuned to accommodate the life on it. The Earth is located the right distance from the sun. Consider the temperature swings we encounter, roughly O degrees to 48 degrees. If the Earth were any further away from the sun, we would all freeze. Any closer and we would burn up. Even a fractional variance in the Earth's position to the sun would make life on Earth impossible. The Earth remains this perfect distance from the sun while it rotates around the sun at a speed of nearly 67,000 mph. It is also rotating on its axis, allowing the entire surface of the Earth to be properly warmed and cooled every day. If we assume an increase of the time of rotation, the results will be burning of half of earth that faces the sun and freeze of the other half that is in the opposite side. The percentage of the water surface and the continent surface is finely tuned to allow formation of clouds and adjust other tuned parameters.

Formation and supply of rivers is surely done by Wisdom and Control of great Creator. The collection of clouds in selected points in the sky to supply the rivers by great quantity of water to form them in specific time every year is not a problem of chance. It is the Will of God to sustain the life on the sides of the rivers and build intended societies. Such Will is expressed in Quran by specific words; made rivers (of fresh water) to flow through it;

God set in the earth settlements that determine its gravity that suits its size. Such size and gravity holds our bodies and our means of life to move on the earth freely. Such gravity holds a thin layer of mostly nitrogen and oxygen gases, only extending about 50 miles above the Earth's surface. If Earth were smaller, a new atmosphere would exist and will be impossible to accommodate our life, like the planet Mercury. If Earth were larger, its atmosphere would contain free hydrogen, like Jupiter. Earth is the only known planet equipped with an atmosphere of the right mixture of gases to sustain plant, animal and human life. It is also the only known planet equipped by water in the three phases to survive our life and the life of animals and plants.

And our moon is the perfect size and distance from the Earth for its gravitational pull. The moon creates important ocean tides and movement so ocean waters do not stagnate, and yet our massive oceans are restrained from spilling over across the continents.
 

Can there be another god besides Allah?
Nay, most of them have lack of sciences (to be able to understand such scientific signs).

     The same question is repeated. However, the end of this question is a comment that the intended verse is in a need to scientific thinking to be answered. However, as most people are unable to master such sciences, it is our duty as scientists to guide other humans to learn and think scientifically in the miraculous verses of the universe. 

62. Or, who listens to the distressed souls when it calls on Him, and who relieves its suffering,
 

Comments and explanation:

     Besides the evidence of external nature, there is the still more intimate evidence in man's inner conscience and heart. Any human feels weakness in certain times of his life. He unconsciously asks such power to save him. Allah listens to man's need and relieves his suffering, and He has given him superiority over those who terrify him. However, after being saved; man is then going to run after inferior beings and forget Allah? and makes you (mankind)inheritors of the earth?

     Looking to the history, you shall find how God saved those who were truly his followers. In Mohamed's times, God helped the Muslims to spread their religion all over the world in few years. God helps his followers to be real inheritors of the earth. The history is a sufficient proof for who search how God saved His followers. (Can there be another) god besides Allah? Little it is that ye heed!
 

Comments and explanation:

     It is our human arrogance that makes us forget the mercy of God. In the life of every human, we can find how God saves us thousands of times from being defected or vanished. But just we are saved, we forgot the favors and merits of God. This verse comments our human nature that denies the God's mercy when we pass the risks.  

63. Or, who guides you through the depths of darkness on land and sea, and who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy?
 

Comments and explanation:

     After external nature, our attention was drawn to our inner consciousness; after that, it is drawn here to our social and collective life, in which we use the forces of nature for international intercourse, trade, agriculture, production, and economic well-being generally. The stars and the moon-light guide us in the dark nights on earth, sea or air. God's guidance and light lead us also to the right path when we are lost. These are the feelings of those who trust God and follow His orders. Similarly, wind is used in the sky to derive the clouds to give its rains in the sources of fresh water in earth. It transfers pollens of trees from males to females. It is used to sail the ships in seas and oceans. It is used to grind grains and generate power. Such harmony cannot be arranged, created and organized with more than one God.

(Can there be another) god besides Allah? high is Allah above what they associate with Him!

     The comment here is the falsity of such claims. So, the verse expresses miraculously that Allah is above what they associate with Him! If they associate the nature, it is madness. If they associate the material can do that by itself, it is foolishness.

64. Or, who originates Creation, then repeats it,
 

Comments and explanation:

     In this verse, we are asked to contemplate creation from its primeval stages, through its intermediate processes, to the final Destiny in a new Creation-a new heaven and a new earth. They discover scientifically the start of creation in a moment called "Big Bang." And they predict also the end of universe in a moment they call it "Big Crnch." In which the metric expansion of the space eventually reverses and the universe collapse for the ultimate fate of the universe recollapses or causing a reformation of the universe starting with another big bang. Can any wise man think such universe had started by itself and will restart as the Quran states and the science predicts by itself once more. However, the reader may look to further readings:

and who gives you sustenance from heaven and earth?

     Sustenance: of course in the spiritual as well as the material sense. The first meaning of sustenance in this verse is the rains that supply us with such with plants and food. Of course the supply of water is determined by the will of God. It is His Mercy to people. Similarly, all of us do our best to be happy. But the concepts of happiness depend on food, money, health, love and many other ingredients. Such spiritual and materialistic ingredients are determined by also by our deeds and Will of God. Such belief is the source of our Muslim's contempt

(Can there be another) god besides Allah? Say,

"Bring forth your proof, if ye are telling the truth!"

     All the arguments point to the Unity of Allah: there is none whatever against it. Now, Have You a Poof for an Opposite Claim?  Of course, it is impossible for humans as owners of logic and minds to think any assumption without a proof. God states five proofs for His Uniqueness. If you have any point that may violate such fact submit it. Otherwise; you should be a Muslim who trusts his simple belief in One God and a Day of Resurrection.Just that. No Dogmas, No Inheritance,  No Mediators, and No great sin.
