A Message From A Muslim to his Hindus Friend:
To My Dear Friend Dr. Sahendra Singh It was very hard to me to see you and your Great People of India haven't enough knowledge of Islam as the last religion sent from God to the human beings to guide them to the straight path of light. As scientists, we are following the most advanced researches in any field of knowledge. So, if we look to religions, we should understand the most recent religions and discuss their merits in comparison to the old religions. We should take into consideration that all religions came from One Origin or One God to selected men since the creation of the first man on the earth. Those selected men are called prophets or messengers of God. Looking at a comparison between Islam and Hinduism which is written by a Hindu, by Jayaram V [1], he thinks both religions may have also the same origin, from one Supreme God. [1] http://www.hinduwebsite.com/hinduism/h_islam.asp The famous names of some good men in your book, Gita, may belong also to some messengers of God. If you look at the most presently prevailing religions in the world, they are Judaism, Christianity and Islam. These are known as heavenly religions that were sent from the same God to three successive men; Moses, Jesus and Mohammed. Those three men called for the same God and they had one common grand father whose name was Abraham. So, these three religions are called also monotheistic or Abrahamic religions. Abraham was also a messenger from God who was sent more than five thousand years ago and had also his followers who lived up to the time of Mohamed. As the followers of Abraham forgot the main concepts in Abraham's message of worshipping One God, they worshipped idols - claimed incarnations of the supreme God. So, God sent new messengers to guide people to the original call of worshipping one God and belief in the Day of Resurrection. Jews and Muslims look at Moses and Mohamed as human messengers who were sent to guide people to worship the supreme God and to believe in the Day of Resurrection. However, the followers of Jesus were misguided; after his mission they worshipped him and considered him as a person of a claimed God's Trinity [2].
So, God sent Mohamed as the last messenger with a Miraculous Book, Quran, to guide people to the true belief from God. Mohammed's message was received in the dawn of the maturity of the human civilization and initiated the golden age of sciences [3].
[3] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_Golden_Age According to many aspects, Hinduism may belong also to the same origin of the Abrahamic religions that believes in one Supreme God or may belong to Abraham too. However, disabilities of the prehistoric civilizations introduced many illusions in the original Hinduism message as the introduced trinity in Christianity and idols in the Abrahamic messages. Dear Dr. Singh, people are obliged to use their gifted minds and to think and compare the prevailing beliefs to find the true religion. Then they should follow the logical belief that saves their life. In our modern era of sciences, it is impossible for a scientist as you to be a follower of a Polytheistic belief of unknown origins and confusing beliefs in many gods and goddesses. So, I find it my duty as a Muslim who likes you and enjoys his belief that respects the human scientific thinking and dignity to explain the merits of the belief of Islam in details. Islam has a miraculous Holy Book from God, Who sent it by revelation to a man, the prophet Mohammad, more than fourteen centuries. So ago, Islam is considered as the last word of God to humanity. It has a known origin and detailed history of every word in the Quran. It is a simple belief in One Supreme God, Who sent the Quran as an undeniable proof, and selected a Mohamed who represents a real model for a perfect Muslim. His message implies the complete trust in the Day of Resurrection where our deeds on earth will be counted and rewarded. According to God's judgment in this day, we may be rewarded either Paradise or Hell. I wrote an article that gives you an idea about Islam of the title:
What Should Mankind Know About Islam? You may find it in this site [4]: If you want to know Who is God in Islam, read the second article [5]:
If you want to know further knowledge of Islam, look at this site [6]: [6] http://quran-m.com/firas/en1/index.php/home.html If you want to know why there should be only one God, read my article in the attached file to this e-mail. It states some verses from the Quran to show how it is illogic any idea that claims the existence of other gods with the Supreme God. Read the following verses from a chapter of Quran: 027.060 027.061 027.062 027.063 027.064 Finally, I hope you are good and welcome to Egypt in any time.
