In our modern age, God has revealed many discoveries that prove that this universe was not only created (not eternal) but also tailored to suit life. God has promised in the Holy Quran that He will reveal scientific signs to the unbelievers that the universe can’t have into being by chance and that He is the Creator. If a slight change in the way the universe operates has ever taken place, the universe would have collapsed.
God says in the Holy Quranwhat means:
“( And on the earth are signs for those who have Faith with certainty * and also in your own self Will you not then see? * And in the heaven is your provision, and that which you are promised * Then by the Lord of the heaven and the earth, it is the truth (i.e. what has been promised to you), just as it is the truth that you can speak.) (AZZariat- verse 20 – 23)
The Divine Promise in Quran God says in the Holy Quran what means:
soon will We show them our Signs in the (furthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth. Is it not enough that thy Lord doth witness all things?

Taken from: http://www.reasons.org/articles/fine-tuning-for-life-on-earth-2001 Please note that Jesus in Islam is no more than a prophet, he never claimed that he is God in the bible but rather, he always says he is a man or the son of man. Also note that the epithet” son of God” was given to many prophets and people and people never claimed that they were gods. http://www.slideshare.net/dralamin/jesus-is-a-prophet-in-the-bible
Having known these facts, do you have mind to choose for yourself? It is clear that God is Existent, as these secrets can’t have come into being “by chance”. As you have seen, the least change in the creation of the universe means the collapse of the universe the verse moment it started. Islam is the most reasonable religion.
There is no irrationalities in Quran There is no vulgarities There are no absurdities There are no contradictions It is the sole holy book under the sun that is remained without the least change. The sole book that you can read it in the same language it was revealed in.
It is the sole book that fights atheism on scientific statements The sole book that presents evidence to its divine source. It is replete with prophecies, presents solutions to the world problems. It is the sole Holy book that presents unprecedented ethical system that, if followed, can create a real utopia.
In the end, I’d like to end this presentation by the following verse:
Quran says what means: We showed them Sign after Sign, each greater than its fellow, and We seized them with Punishment, in order that they might turn (to Us). (43:48)
